Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email info@pitahayaprintinghouse.com with subject:
"ATTN: RETURNS/EXCHANGES." In the email, include your:- Order number
- The items you would like to return/exchange, and
- Why you would like to return/exchange the item/s
Someone will get back to you within 2 business days with a Return Authorization number. Please do not send any returns/exchanges without first receiving a Return/Exchange authorization number.
Please send any accepted returns or exchanges to PO Box 3110 Juncos Puerto Rico 00777, along with the original receipt emailed to you. Please write your Return Authorization Number provided to you. Please circle or highlight the item being returned / exchanged, and on the back please specify as to why you'd like a return or exchange. If an exchange, please indicate what size or variant you would like to exchange for. If we do not have the variant you would like exchanged for, a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee for the product being processed will be given. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus a 10% restocking fee will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only pay for shipping on items both ways if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pitahayaprintinghouse.com and send your item to: PO Box 3110 Juncos Puerto Rico 00777.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 3110 Juncos Puerto Rico 00777.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Personalized Products Returns & Exchanges
All personalized product is final sale — we are unable to accept returns on personalized products. If you receive a damaged personalized product, send us an email at info@pitahayaprintinghouse.com within 3 days of receiving the order: "ATTN: Return/ Personalized." In the email, include your:
- Order number
- Picture of the damaged product as the packaging arrived
For approved damaged product, you will receive an exact duplicate. No substitutions allowed.
